The Cleveland Baby Formula Exchange is Currently Closed

Do you have extra baby formula to donate to local families who are having difficulty finding formula to feed their babies? Or are you having a hard time finding formula for your baby? If so, please join our Cleveland Baby Formula Exchange now.

We are a group of pediatricians, nurses, doulas, birth workers, and parents in Northeast Ohio who are committed to making sure that all babies are nourished during the nationwide infant formula shortage. You can learn more about our project in this recent article on cleveland.com.

As of October 28, 2022, all of our city-wide donation dropoff locations are closed. If you have formula to donate, please fill out the above form. Thank you.
